Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add Liquids
Pour in the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the chimichurri and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes as desired.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chimichurri sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
