Marinate the Veal
In a large bowl, combine the ground veal and lemon juice. Mix well to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the onion and red bell pepper into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Cook the Mixture
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add the red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the marinated ground veal to the skillet along with the tomato puree, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Simmer
Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If desired, you can add a bit of water to maintain moisture.

Once cooked through and flavors are well combined, serve hot with your choice of side, such as rice or bread.
