In a large slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, garlic cloves (minced), cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Discard any excess fat and bay leaves.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shredded pork and cook until the edges are crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
