Method
Preparing the Chicken Sliders

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Breading
In a shallow plate, mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Place fried chicken on slider buns, top with blue cheese ranch dressing and coleslaw.
Making the Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, blue cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir until smooth and creamy. Fold in chopped chives. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine Cabbage and Carrot
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
