Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Cut and Season Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Make the Muhammara Sauce

  1. 3

    Blend Ingredients

In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, cayenne pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Make the Feta Aioli

  1. 4

    Mix Aioli Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together feta cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.

Prepare the Lamb Patties

  1. 5

    Mix and Form Patties

In a bowl, combine ground lamb with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  2. 6

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, a cooked lamb patty, a generous amount of muhammara sauce, sliced onions, and a dollop of feta aioli. Top with the other half of the bun.
