Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and chop the vegetables and meats as needed.

2

Cook the Pork Belly

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3

Cook the Turkey Sausage

In the same skillet, add the turkey sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside with the pork belly.

4

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the onion and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and cabbage, cooking until the cabbage has wilted.

5

Combine and Fry the Rice

Add the cooked rice, pork belly, and turkey sausage back into the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and chili crunch. Stir-fry everything together for about 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6

Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.

7

Serve

Divide the fried rice into bowls and top each with a fried egg. Garnish with chopped scallions.
