Prepare the Grill

Season the Bratwursts

Place the bratwursts on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

During the last 2 minutes of grilling, place the buns on the grill to toast lightly.

Toast the Buns

Remove bratwursts and buns from the grill. Place each bratwurst in a bun, top with mustard and sauerkraut.
