Appetizer Extravaganza

In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Activate the Yeast

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, salt, and xanthan gum.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour blend.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

For Alfredo, heat the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. If using chicken, add cooked chicken slices to the sauce. For spaghetti or ziti, in another pan, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned, then add the marinara sauce and simmer.

Prepare the Sauce

Toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce or serve the marinara and meatballs over the pasta.

In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Prepare the Garlic Butter

Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves. Place on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the garlic bread for about 10-12 minutes, until golden and toasted.

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Prepare the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet. Add a layer of your favorite tomato sauce, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese. Experiment with gourmet toppings such as prosciutto, arugula, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, or truffle oil.

Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Slice and serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.

Assemble the Wraps
