Cooking Instructions

   Prepare the Chicken

   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.

   Prepare the Vegetables

   In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, and green beans with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

   Arrange in Baking Dish

   Place the seasoned chicken in the center of a large baking dish. Arrange the vegetables around the chicken.

   Bake

   Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
