1. Cook the Pasta

3. Add Peas and Peppers
Stir in the sweet peas and roasted red peppers, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
4. Combine with Sauce
Pour in the Romana rossa sauce, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
5. Mix with Pasta
Add the cooked tortiglioni to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese as desired.
