Prepare the Tuna
Season the Ahi tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over high heat until it shimmers.

Sear the Tuna
Add the tuna steaks to the skillet and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.

Make Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce to create the spicy mayo. Adjust the amount of Sriracha to taste.

Prepare Avocado
Slice the avocado into thin wedges.

Plating
Slice the seared tuna into thin strips. Arrange the avocado slices and tuna on a plate. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce and add a dollop of spicy mayo. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with crispy sesame chips.
