Prepare the Kifta
In a large bowl, combine minced beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Shape the Kifta
Shape the mixture into long, oval patties or skewers, about 4-5 inches long.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the rice and a pinch of salt, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

Prepare the Green Beans
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Make the Garlic Yogurt
In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with minced garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt to taste.

Prepare the Salad
In a serving bowl, combine diced cucumber and tomato. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.

Warm the Pita
Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a toaster.
