Mushroom Mixture

Sauté the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed mushrooms and sauté until they are soft and golden, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Flavor
Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Finish with Parsley
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Set aside.
Sweet Potato Wontons

Prepare Sweet Potato Filling
Boil sweet potato cubes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth. Mix in cream cheese, chives, salt, and black pepper.

Assemble Wontons
Place a teaspoon of the sweet potato mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to seal.

Cook Wontons
In a pot of boiling water, cook wontons for 3-4 minutes until they float. Alternatively, fry in oil until golden brown.
Edamame

Prepare Edamame
Boil edamame in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and season with salt to taste.
