- 4
Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Filling Preparation
- 5
Beat the Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Add Sugar and Sour Cream
Gradually add granulated sugar and continue to beat until well incorporated. Then add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- 7
Incorporate Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just blended. Do not overmix.
- 8
Add Flour
Sift in the all-purpose flour and gently fold it into the filling mixture until just combined.
- 9
Pour into Crust
Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
- 11
Cool and Chill
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
