Prepare the Tea Base

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Steep Tea Bags
Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and add 4 black tea bags. Let them steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags and discard them. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Fruit

Slice and Dice Fruits
While the tea cools, slice the strawberries and dice the peaches. Juice the lemons and set aside.

Combine Fruits
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, diced peaches, and fresh mint leaves.
Mix and Sweeten

Add Sweeteners
To the pitcher with the fruits, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir well to combine.

Add Tea and Lemon Juice
Pour the cooled tea into the pitcher along with the fresh lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Serve

Chill or Serve Immediately
You can either serve the fruit tea immediately over ice or refrigerate it for a couple of hours to chill. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
