Shape the Momos
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, then fold and pleat the edges to form a sealed dumpling.

Arrange the momos in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough turns translucent and the filling is cooked through.
