Aloo Tiki Sliders
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Potato Mixture
Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them in a large mixing bowl. Add the boiled green peas, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, cilantro, garam masala, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 2
Form the Tiki Patties
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties. Coat each patty with bread crumbs for extra crunch.
- 3
Fry the Tiki Patties
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Assemble the Sliders
Cut the burger buns in half. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half, add a fried tiki patty, a slice of tomato, and a tablespoon of mint chutney. Top with the other half of the bun.
