1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and bread crumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and then coat it with bread crumbs.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
5. Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
6. Make the Honey Mustard
In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard until well combined.
