Seafood and Broth

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Clean and rinse the mussels and clams under cold water. Remove any beards from the mussels. Cut the lobster tail into chunks and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add the Seafood

Add the lobster, mussels, clams, snow crab, and lobster claws to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Pour in the Wine

Pour white wine over the seafood and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover the skillet and let cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels and clams open up.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Once the seafood is cooked, stir in chopped parsley. Serve hot with focaccia toast points for dipping into the broth.
