Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Rice
Rinse 1 cup of white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for about 18-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
- 2
Prepare the Hamburger Patty
In a mixing bowl, combine 0.5 pounds of ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into a patty. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the hamburger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- 3
Fry the Eggs
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of cooking oil if needed. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
