Garlic Maitre d’Hotel Butter

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the broiler. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce the potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.

  3. 3

    Cook the Asparagus

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add asparagus, lemon juice, and salt. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  4. 4

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon zest until well combined.

  5. 5

    Broil the Lobster

Place lobster tails under the broiler for about 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

  6. 6

    Prepare Loaded Baked Potatoes

Once potatoes are baked, cut them open, fluff the insides with a fork, and top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.
