1. Prepare the Rice

Cook the white rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

2. Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, or cook the Portuguese sausage until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until blended. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked to your liking.

4. Serve

On a plate, serve the scrambled eggs alongside the cooked white rice and your choice of bacon or Portuguese sausage.
