Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Sausage and Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Portuguese sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Prepare Hash Browns

In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the hash browns. Cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together 3 eggs with a pinch of salt. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a bit of butter. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until they are softly scrambled, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Make Red Velvet Pancakes

In a bowl, combine red velvet pancake mix, milk, and 1 egg. Stir until combined. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat, grease lightly with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of white or wheat bread until golden brown. Spread with butter and serve with maple syrup.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, arrange the scrambled eggs, hash browns, crispy bacon, sliced sausage, red velvet pancakes, and toast. Drizzle pancakes with maple syrup and enjoy!
