Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Nuggets

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the third.

  2. 2

    Coat the Chicken

Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Fries

Peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes. Rinse them in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

  4. 4

    Heat Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry the Nuggets

Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, cooking in batches if necessary, for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  6. 6

    Fry the Fries

In the same oil, add the potato fries and fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the chicken nuggets and fries hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
