Preparing Woody's Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Form the Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Cook the Burgers
In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar and a slice of provolone cheese on each patty to melt.

Build Your Burger
Toast the hamburger buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of Woody's sauce on the bottom bun. Place the cooked cheeseburger patty on top, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Finish with the top bun.
