Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Season the Fish
Pat the redfish fillets dry with a paper towel. Season one side with Cajun seasoning and the other with lemon pepper seasoning.

Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Cook the Asparagus
In a grill pan over medium heat, grill the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Fish
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Place the redfish fillets seasoned side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
In the skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in remaining Cajun seasoning and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
