Marinating the Steak

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Steak
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Slice the Steak
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
Assembling the Tacos

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable, about 30 seconds on each side.

Build the Tacos
Lay a tortilla flat, add a generous portion of sliced steak, then top with shredded lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and a drizzle of sour cream and creamy lime dressing.

Serve
Fold the tortilla in half and serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as Mexican rice or refried beans.
