Method
Fried Chicken Bites
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- 2
Marinate
Pour the buttermilk over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- 3
Prepare the Coating
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).
- 5
Coat the Chicken
Remove chicken pieces from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
- 6
Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil. Fry in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- 7
Drain
Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

- 8
Prepare the Lettuce

- 10
- 11
