Slider Assembly

Method

Prepare Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground Angus beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently but thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into three equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook Patties

  1. 3

    Preheat Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Assemble Sliders

  1. 5

    Prepare Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster if desired.

  2. 6

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  3. 7

    Build Sliders

On the bottom half of each bun, place a cooked patty with melted cheese, add a tablespoon of BBQ sauce, and top with two pickle slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.
