Preparation of Black Bean Mash

Cook the Black Beans
In a saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat until warmed through.

Prepare Shrimp and Crawfish
In a skillet over medium heat, add the domestic shrimp and crawfish. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Set aside.
Assembling the Nachos

Prepare Tortilla Base
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the corn tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread a generous layer of black bean mash over the tortillas. Then, evenly distribute the cooked shrimp and crawfish on top.

Add Cheese and Toppings
Pour the white queso cheese over the seafood layer. Top with pico de gallo, sliced jalapeños, and additional toppings like sour cream and sweet chili sauce.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
