Mix Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no ice chunks remaining.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice if desired.

Take a chilled hurricane glass or any tall glass and pour the blended piña colada mixture into it.
