Method

Marinade

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Cooking the Pork

  1. 3

    Cook the Pork

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add the pork to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Tacos

  1. 4

    Make Siracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together the Siracha sauce and mayonnaise until smooth. Adjust the amount of Siracha to taste.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a generous amount of cooked pork on each tortilla, top with Asian slaw mix, drizzle with Siracha aioli, and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.

Side (optional)

  1. 6

    Prepare Sides

If desired, steam rice and prepare pickled vegetables as sides to serve with the tacos.
