Thinly sliced pork tenderloin marinated in our very own Korean style ginger garlic marinade served on tortillas and topped with Asian slaw and Siracha aioli. Choice of side.

Marinade

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Marinate the Pork
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Make Siracha Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together the Siracha sauce and mayonnaise until smooth. Adjust the amount of Siracha to taste.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a generous amount of cooked pork on each tortilla, top with Asian slaw mix, drizzle with Siracha aioli, and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.

If desired, steam rice and prepare pickled vegetables as sides to serve with the tacos.
