Burger Ingredients

Balsamic Mayo Ingredients

Method

Prepare Balsamic Mayo

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Prepare Burger Patties

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, chopped Kalamata olives, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.

  2. 3

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Cook Burger Patties

  1. 4

    Grill or Fry

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble Burgers

  1. 5

    Prep Toppings

While the burgers are cooking, slice the tomato and marinate the red onion in a splash of balsamic vinegar for about 5 minutes.

  2. 6

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover until melted.

  3. 7

    Build the Burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. Spread a generous amount of the balsamic mayo on each bun, place the cooked patty with melted cheese, add spring mix, sliced tomato, and marinated red onions. Top with the other half of the bun.
