Prepare Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until the wings are evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until thoroughly coated.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
