    Cool the wort rapidly to 70°F.

    Fermentation

    Transfer to a fermenter, pitch the yeast, and ferment for 1-2 weeks.

    Bottling

    Once fermentation is complete, bottle with priming sugar and let carbonate for 2 weeks.
