
Cookie Zookie Recipe
Fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, pecans, and real whipped cream in its own deep dish!

Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a deep dish baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared deep dish baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Assembly
Cool
Allow the cookie zookie to cool for a few minutes after baking.
Add Ice Cream
Top the warm cookie zookie with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Add Hot Fudge
Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream for a delicious topping.
Add Pecans
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the ice cream and hot fudge.
Add Whipped Cream
Finish off with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
