Method
Cooking the Wings

Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken wings in the batter.

Fry the Wings
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the battered wings for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Add Sauce
Toss the fried wings in your choice of sauce or rub until evenly coated.
Cooking the Fries

Prepare Fries
Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
Making the Coleslaw

Mix the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together miso paste, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
