Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground chuck with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Ham

In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese and the sliced ham on top of the burger patty to warm them through.

  5. 5

    Fry the Egg

In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the burger bun. Place the burger patty with ham and cheese on top, followed by the crispy bacon, and finally the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the Sunrise Burger immediately while hot.
