Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Eggs
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add another tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preference (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc).
- 3
Prepare the Hash Browns
In a separate pan, add the hash browns and cook over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking.
