Prepare the Hash Browns
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the flour tortillas over low heat or directly on a gas burner for a few seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Burrito
Lay a tortilla flat and layer with hash browns, cooked eggs, crumbled sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Add a generous spoonful of pico de gallo and guacamole on top.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top to secure the filling inside.

Serve
Cut the burrito in half and serve with extra pico de gallo and guacamole on the side.
