Brewing Instructions

    Mashing

    Heat 5 liters of water to 65°C (149°F) and add the crushed malts. Maintain the temperature for an hour.

    Lautering

    After mashing, sparge the grains with hot water to collect the wort.

    Boiling

    Bring the wort to a boil and add the hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

    Cooling

    Cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller.

    Fermentation

    Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel, pitch the yeast, and ferment for 2 weeks at 12-15°C (54-59°F).

    Bottling

    After fermentation, bottle the beer with priming sugar and let it carbonate for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.
