In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Once the meat is cooked, drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is well incorporated.

Fry the Eggs
In a separate non-stick skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up or scrambled).

In bowls, layer cooked white rice, the beef mixture, and top with fried eggs. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
