Prepare the Wort
In a large pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Add 100 g of malted barley and let it steep for 30 minutes, keeping the temperature around 65°C (149°F).

After the steeping period, add 5 g of hops to the pot and boil for an additional 15 minutes.

Cool the Wort
Remove the pot from heat and cool the wort quickly by placing it in an ice bath.

Fermentation
Once the wort is cooled to room temperature, transfer it to a fermentation vessel and add 10 g of yeast. Seal the vessel with an airlock and let it ferment in a dark, cool place for 1-2 weeks.
