Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and prepare the bacon by cooking it until crispy.

  2. 2

    Make the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck with salt and black pepper. Form into 2 equal patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and BBQ Sauce

During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and a generous amount of BBQ sauce. Cover the grill or skillet to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place the BBQ cheeseburger patty on top, add crispy bacon, and top with Cajun onion straws. Finish with the top half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
