Prepare the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Bake until golden and crispy.

Make the Alehouse Queso
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and milk. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth. Gradually add the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted. Add diced tomatoes, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well and heat until warmed through.

Assemble the Dish
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Pour the Alehouse Queso generously over the fries. Top with crumbled bacon, a drizzle of southwest crema, and sliced green onions.
