Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rice Noodles

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Caramelize the Salmon

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated salmon fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the citrus greens, chopped cabbage, pickled onions, grape tomatoes (halved), and chopped green onions. Toss lightly.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, place a portion of the cooked rice noodles, top with the salad mixture, and then place the caramelized salmon on top. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish and garnish with chopped cilantro.
