Steak

Method

Steak

1

Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the ribeye steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries

3

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips to form fries. Rinse the fries in cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

4

Fry the Potatoes

In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the fries in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt immediately.

House Salad

5

Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Toss to combine.

6

Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
