Ravioli and Sauces
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Spicy Tuna Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- 2
Assemble the Ravioli
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the spicy tuna mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Heat the Oil for Frying
In a deep pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Ravioli
Carefully place the assembled ravioli into the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Prepare the Sweet Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and cream cheese over medium heat. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add sugar to taste if desired.
- 6
Make the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth.
- 7
Serve
Plate the fried ravioli, drizzle with sweet cream sauce, and serve with a side of guacamole.
