Ingredients for Treasure Island King Crab
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Filling
In a bowl, mix the king crab meat, cream cheese, chili sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 2
Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab filling into the center of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Fry the Wontons
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the wontons in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Sweet Cream Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, honey, and lime juice. Mix well until smooth.
