Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet or hibachi grill, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated steak pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender. You can add a splash of chicken broth to help steam them if needed.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together, adding more soy sauce if desired. Serve hot with a side of soup or salad.
